Electro-hydraulic push rod, also known as electric hydraulic push rod, is suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotation at a certain angle) motion. It can be used in places for lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces, as well as in remote and high-altitude hazardous areas, and can be connected to a computer for centralized (program) control. It is now widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, machinery, grain, cement, chemical industry, water conservancy, transportation, and other sectors, serving as an indispensable universal power source. Working principle:
The electro-hydraulic push rod uses an electric motor as the power source. Through the forward (reverse) rotation of the motor, hydraulic oil is output by a bidirectional gear pump, sent through the oil circuit integrated block to the working cylinder, achieving the reciprocating motion of the piston rod. Advantages:
1. Automatic overload protection: During operation, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston has reached the end point while the motor is still running, the oil pressure in the circuit increases to the set pressure, and the relief valve quickly and accurately relieves the pressure, achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor is running, it will never burn out. 2. Self-locking function: The oil circuit integrated block of the electro-hydraulic push rod is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. When the motor stops, the piston rod immediately stays in a certain position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-holding state. 3. Stepless adjustment: According to user requirements, stepless adjustment can be performed within the rated speed, output force, and stroke range.
Configuration description: The electro-hydraulic push rod is mainly composed of six basic elements: the type of push rod, motor protection level, rated output force, stroke, rated speed, and usage angle. According to special user requirements, it can also be equipped with three adjustment functions: speed adjustment, push-pull force adjustment, and stroke adjustment (positioning by stroke switch). Except for the three adjustment functions that must be specified in writing when ordering, other parameters should refer to the model compilation method and carefully fill in the six elements. Note: 1. The voltage level of the motors listed in the above table is 380V, protection level is IP44, and insulation class is B. 2. For stroke or speed manufacturing ranges beyond those listed in the table, specify separately; otherwise, manufacture according to the technical parameters in the table. 3. The speed range in the table is for horizontal use; the speed for upward or downward use is half of that for horizontal use. 4. The typical model and power listed in the table indicate the power when the push rod's rated output force and rated speed are at their maximum values. Motor power is proportional to the push rod's thrust and speed.

Precautions for installation and use

1. The electro-hydraulic push rod installation requires sufficient space, with an ambient temperature between 10-60 degrees (special order for high-temperature environments).

2. Users can configure stroke switches according to control needs.

3. Before installation, place the electric hydraulic push rod flat on the ground and inject hydraulic oil (grade HM, accuracy level 46-68). The oil level should be at the lower edge of the observation port. For separate push rods, the oil level should be within 50mm from the tank.

4. DYTZ, DYTP, DYTF should loosen the exhaust screw of the exhaust hole by 2 turns before use.

5. Perform a test run during installation.

a. For integrated push rods, connect to power and they can run.

b. For separate push rods, connect to power and let the cylinder operate without load several times to expel air from the cylinder and oil pipes, then apply load.

Maintenance of Electro-Hydraulic Push Rod

1. To ensure the service life of high-pressure oil pipes, secure them with rubber.

2. Filter or replace hydraulic oil regularly, once a year or according to actual work cycles.

3. If unused for a long time, perform an insulation check on the motor before putting it into use.

4. Simple troubleshooting

a. If it does not operate just after installation, check if the motor is not running or if there is insufficient oil.

b. If it does not operate after a period of use, remove the hydraulic control piston, clean the hydraulic control valve core, and replace the hydraulic oil.

After long-term use, if the push rod can push and pull without load but not with load, replace the sealing parts on the piston hole inside the cylinder. If there is leakage at the sealing surface, replace the sealing parts. If oil drips from the extended piston rod, replace the shaft sealing parts.
